Insightful and productive trans-disciplinary working session with the nursing team of the general surgery operation room. MES administration and technical staff discussed procedures to optimize fresh tissue and liquid biosample acquisition during operation. Points of discussion were strategies on scheduling of tumor operations, standardize patient enrollment and communication lines. In 6 months we will quantitatively evaluate effects of the new to be installed measures in a second joint meeting. Thanks for coming to the lab.
